I hear a lot of people talking about how you MUST mix up your tactics and starting 11 every few games to be successful - There's no "magic" formation for success. But I watch a lot of YouTube videos of people who don't do this a lot and tend to only talk about "their" tactic, not their tactics.
So, do I need to have three different tactics to rotate through to stop opponents scouting my system successfully? Or is it OK to have faith in one system that perhaps you tweak little depending on players being unavailable, for example?
